We roast speciality coffee in Belfast that scores among the highest in the UK and Ireland. Both our coffees — Jaguar at SCA 92 and Black Panther at SCA 93 — are rare single-origin whole bean espresso from a single estate in Honduras. Very few roasters in the UK or Ireland have access to 90+ SCA rated beans. We roast in small 5kg batches on a PROBAT roaster to preserve every note of flavour.

At 1,600 metres in the Honduran mountains, surrounded by tropical rainforest, something extraordinary grows. Finca Jerusalén has been cultivating exceptional coffee since 1869 — rare Geisha and Parainema varieties, direct-traded and roasted in small batches to preserve every nuance of terroir.
